The strength of heat and the power of water, combined in the Spa of our hotel: to invigorate the body and strengthen the spirit during your holidays by Lake Garda. This is the place to take care of yourself and pamper yourself after a day outdoors or just relaxing.
You will find a soft spa kit in your room, with bathrobe, towel and slippers, so you can think of nothing else but getting to a place where you can pamper yourself.
We also have a dressing room with lockers made especially for you, who returned from an outing and immediately wish to relax your muscles and release all tension.

Sauna

This is the room where you can enjoy detoxifying heat baths, with temperatures up to 80°. Inside the sauna, with wooden benches and soft lights, there are also hot stones that, when wet with water, release steam. The benefits of the classic sauna are well known to the Nordic people, and you too can enjoy them: from relaxation to improved sleep.

Turkish bath

Used for centuries by the oriental people, the Turkish bath is an environment with a relative humidity of 100%, where a mist is formed that, compared to the sauna, allows a less intense but more prolonged perspiration of the skin. The Turkish bath promotes the cleansing and purification of the skin, helps the respiratory system, tones, relaxes and reduces stress.

Roman Bath

The laconicum cabin comes from the ancient tradition of the Roman Thermarium. In this room, with benches heated up to 40° and walls up to 85°, the warm, dry air brings great benefits: heat radiation helps prevent disease and strengthen the immune system. Listen to your body: you can stay and relax here for up to 40 minutes; we recommend you stay at least 15 minutes.

Ice waterfall

The combination of cold and heat, the mix of temperatures, is invigorating and a source of great benefits. The Finnish practice is to alternate the heat of the sauna with immersions in ice-cold water. We suggest you follow the same concept, but in your own way. From our ice waterfall you can choose the amount you prefer to use, for a massage on the body perfect for strengthening blood circulation and toning the skin.

Emotional showers

Aromatherapy and color therapy combine with the regenerative power of water in our emotional showers. We have three different jets of water at different temperatures, bursting with different scents and essences, under a colorful light which will embrace, invigorate and relax you. It is a must on your wellness path in our spa.

Relaxation area

Directly overlooking the heated swimming pool, this room with sun beds and soft lights, is completely surrounded by glass. A refuge of wellness, where you can sip a hot herbal tea, close your eyes listening to music with soothing melodies and let your mind wander, while the body relaxes.

Rooftop

To feel even more relaxed, why not immerse yourself in the landscape?
Reaching the top of Hotel Oasi, you will find our rooftop, a terrace with a 360° view: your gaze sweeps from the shore of Lake Garda to the valleys and mountains surrounding us. If you want to enjoy the view, sip a cocktail in peace and quiet or read a book immersed in the landscape, here, you can do so in total serenity and relaxation.
